Gwyn Thorne came to our attention as a recommendation from our Realtor.  Gwyn is an accredited staging professional who operates as Staged Appeal Homes.  Gwyn came to our house for an initial interview and to prepare her thoughts on the staging task.  She went through the house and took some photos.  When she came back a few days later, she had a inventory of materials that she used to stage our house.  She brought lamps, pictures, artificial plants and various other objects d'art.  She spent the better part of a day placing all these objects throughout our home.  She also used allot of pictures and furniture that we already had and relocated them for better advantage.  The end result was quite striking!

The Realtor invited a number of Realtors from her firm to view the house and generate interest in our home amoung the Realtors she knew.  These Realtors were very impressed with the staging and all took Gwyn's card.  Word spread and more Realtors came through the house after it was put on the market.

Our home had been on the market for more than six months without an offer before Gwyn staged our home.  Clearly, the buyers of our home were impressed and ended up deciding to make an offer two weeks after Gwyn had staged the house.
